Conveyancing
Buying a Property
Our goal is to ensure that the property you’re buying fulfils all legal requirements. We recommend a thorough review of the Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale for your prospective property. This way, you can be confident that everything is in order and that you’re making the right choice.
Once you’ve identified a property of interest, complete the Contract Review Form. We will review the Contract and Section 32 documents and provide our review to you within 48 hours. We then coordinate with your real estate agent, bank or mortgage broker, and the vendor’s solicitor to ensure everything proceeds smoothly at settlement.

See what our clients are saying
We recently worked with Madison Sloan Partners for our property purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. Their team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They managed all the legal aspects seamlessly, ensuring that everything was handled on time and with great attention to detail. Any questions we had were promptly addressed, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. We highly recommend Madison Sloan Lawyers for anyone looking for reliable and expert conveyancing services.
Madison Sloan Lawyers recently did the conveyancing for both the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new house. We could not have been happier with their work. Their attention to detail, their communication, thoroughness, and follow-up with every detail was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt fully supported during the whole process. The staff is brilliant. We would recommend this firm to anyone!
I recently used Madison Sloan Lawyers to purchase a new apartment - my first one. The conveyancing team (Erin and Louise) was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. No question was a silly question, and I was very happy with their advice and turnaround. They kept me promptly informed and updated especially when settlement was delayed which helped settle my nerves. Costs were in line with what they quoted and from what I understand very competitive. Having used Madison Sloan Lawyers in the past, I will definitely be using them again to update my will and for any further legal advice. Very happy customer.
